Welcome to EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car. These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to rental inquiries, reservations and travel services arranged through our website, www.edrentacar.com, or our official communication channels.

By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below.

1. Booking Requests and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, customer eligibility and confirmation by EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car.

Submitting a booking form or sending an inquiry does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Our team will communicate the available options, applicable rates and relevant conditions before confirming your booking.

Customers should provide accurate contact details, travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, and other requested information.

2. Types of Rental Services

EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car may arrange the following services, subject to availability:

Self-drive car rentals

Chauffeur-driven car rentals

Daily and monthly car rental arrangements

Airport pickup and drop-off

Intercity and city-to-city travel

Family trips, corporate travel and selected tour arrangements

The specific services, vehicle and terms will depend on the confirmed booking.

3. Self-Drive Rental Terms

Self-drive rentals are subject to eligibility, document verification and approval by EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car.

The following conditions apply:

Minimum booking period: 7 days.

A valid driving licence is required.

The customer must provide the required identification documents.

A guarantor with a residence in Islamabad may be required.

A house utility bill and the identification documents of the bill holder may be required for verification.

Additional documentation may be requested depending on the customer's circumstances and rental requirements.

The vehicle must be used lawfully and handled responsibly.

The customer must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.

Self-drive vehicles are not provided for use on inDrive or Yango platforms.

A booking will be confirmed only after the applicable eligibility and documentation checks are completed.

4. Car Rental with Driver

Chauffeur-driven vehicles may be arranged for city travel, airport transfers, business trips, family journeys and intercity travel.

There is no fixed minimum number of rental days for with-driver bookings. The customer may request the duration needed, subject to vehicle availability and the agreed service terms.

Before confirmation, customers should clarify:

Pickup and drop-off locations

Travel date and schedule

Destination and route

Expected duty hours or trip duration

Whether the booking is one-way or return

Any additional stops or overnight stays

Additional charges may apply for extended duty hours, route changes, waiting time, overnight stays or other services where agreed in advance.

5. Rates, Charges and Payment

Rental prices depend on the selected vehicle, rental duration, route, travel dates and type of service.

Before confirming a booking, customers should ask our team to clarify the applicable rental rate and any additional charges, including:

Fuel expenses

Tolls and parking

Driver expenses or accommodation, where applicable

Extra hours or additional days

One-way drop-off charges

Security deposit or other applicable rental requirements

Any advance payment, deposit, payment deadline or balance due will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

Customers should retain payment receipts or written booking confirmations for their records.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Customers should contact EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car as early as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.

Changes to travel dates, vehicle selection, pickup times, routes or rental duration are subject to availability and approval.

Any applicable cancellation charges, refund eligibility or deposit conditions will depend on the terms communicated at the time of booking. Customers should confirm these conditions before making a payment.

7. Pickup and Return

Customers should arrive at the agreed pickup location and time.

For self-drive rentals, the customer must inspect the vehicle and report any visible damage or concerns before taking possession. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location in accordance with the rental agreement.

Late returns, extensions or changes to the return location must be discussed with our team. Additional charges may apply according to the agreed rental terms.

8. Vehicle Use and Responsibility

Customers must use rental vehicles responsibly and comply with applicable traffic laws.

For self-drive rentals, the approved customer must not allow an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, unauthorized commercial ride-hailing or any prohibited purpose.

Customers must promptly inform EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car about accidents, damage, theft or mechanical problems involving a rental vehicle.

Responsibility for damage, fines, penalties, misuse or other incidents will be handled according to the applicable rental agreement and relevant law.

9. Travel Routes and Outstation Trips

Intercity and outstation journeys must be agreed upon before the trip.

Customers should disclose their intended destination and route when requesting a quotation. Certain roads, routes or destinations may require a suitable vehicle or special arrangements.

Changes to the destination, additional stops or extended trips may affect the final price and must be approved by our team.

10. Customer Information and Documents

Customers must provide accurate information and genuine documents when requested for booking or rental verification.

Personal information and documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Customers should not send unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Availability and Unforeseen Circumstances

Vehicle availability, travel arrangements and estimated schedules may be affected by maintenance, weather, road closures, traffic, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a confirmed booking is affected, EasyDrive Tours & Rent a Car will communicate with the customer to discuss available alternatives where reasonably possible.

Self-drive rental conditions

A local guarantor is required. If the renter is a foreign national, the renter's passport will be retained by EasyDrive Rent a Car for the rental period.
The renter must provide a utility bill, together with a copy of the CNIC of the utility bill owner.
The renter must provide a valid driving licence.
The car must not be used for any commercial activity, for example inDrive or Yango.
